Been seeing this since switching to Biglybt back at 1.6.0.0. So no idea HOW it is uploading over 127.0.0.1 just that it is happening.

The ISP does overnight work occasionally, when that happens, my VPN will try a couple of times to re-connect. It might also be a good idea to add a Entry Field under the VPN Detection, to enter the VPN Name. Usually by me waking up and finding the VPN Down. This would prevent Leaking, as everything would stop until the Binding is Restored. Recommend that when Binding is LOST, that a Pause All take effect, and Resume on restoration of the Binding.
